Greg is a strong advocate of change and new technology that improves and supports people to work safely and efficiently. He is a true believer of people and systems working together to deliver the best possible outcomes for those living in care or with disabilities.
Greg has worked for over 25 years as a community pharmacist and business owner. His extensive knowledge of the primary healthcare system has enabled him to navigate through the many moving parts that make up health services to be at the forefront of “firsts” in both Australia and New Zealand.
Greg and the team have developed the Medi-Map Medication management platform – a New Zealand and Australia based solution for organisations providing health care to others, Aged Care, Community Care, Disability, Mental Health and Palliative Care. Greg has been a previous member of HISO (Health Information Standards Organisation) with the Ministry of Health in New Zealand and works with regulators on how medicine management in primary care can become more digitally enabled.
Julie is the quintessential pharmacist problem solver. She thrives on connecting people and their ideas (or problems) with meaningful solutions. Julie has been involved in providing quality pharmacy services to Aged Care and Community Care organisations for many years. She is focused on delivering quality solutions and great customer service.
Julie uses her industry knowledge to bridge the gap between users and developers to ensure Medi-Map remains a user friendly and functional solution, not just another piece of software.
Medi-Map has enabled Julie to combine her two passions of teaching and being a part of a health software team focused on patient centred care.
Julie leads the Medi-Map clinical support team as they work with care organisation staff, prescribers and pharmacists in the use and implementation of Medi-Map and the provision of clinical support. She also works closely with those involved in quality and risk management to support customers with their compliance requirements.
Paul started as Medi-Map’s Chief Technology Officer in September 2019. As CTO Paul is responsible for leading the strategy, resources and capability of all technology services used and delivered by Medi-Map internationally.
Prior to joining Medi-Map, Paul had over 20 years of experience in both technical and operational management roles, with expertise managing staff and process within public and private organisations. Equally comfortable working with domain experts, C-Level colleagues and customers, Paul’s appetite for constant improvement has been a driving force in each of his roles.
Paul started his career in 1997 when he was chosen by Barclay Capital for a place on their IT graduate programme as an Analyst Programmer. After completing the program he was immediately promoted to IT Manager, running his own team within a very fast-moving Commodities investment banking business.
Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce & Management with an Applied Computing major from Lincoln University.
Christelle leads the Australian Medi-Map sales, implementation and support team. Her industry knowledge and leadership skills have driven the success of Medi-Map in Australia.
Christelle is a registered pharmacist with 9 years experience working in community pharmacy and providing pharmacy services to Aged Care Facilities. Having a solid background in aged care she has a good understanding of what is required by health care professionals in delivering optimal health outcomes to residents.
Medi-Map has enabled Christelle to combine her knowledge of Aged Care with innovative technology to help create a new standard for the delivery of medication management, in line with best practice.
Christelle works with care organisations as well as State and Federal government agencies and leads her team to work with Aged Care Facilities, general practitioners and pharmacists in the use and implementation of Medi-Map.
